Aidarov Studio can operate all types of shipping by Deutsche Post, including services with a tracking number.

The shipping costs are as follow:

- €4 to Germany

- €7 to the rest of the EU

- €16 to the USA, Canada (and the rest of the world?)

Free shipping for orders over €200 to all EU countries.

Since the pieces are custom-made to order, the dispatch time is between 10-25 working days. Except for the pieces from the System Recovery collection, which are already made, so the dispatch time for them is 3-5 working days.

Delivery Times
Germany - 5 days after being processed
EU countries -  7-14 business days after being processed
Rest of the world - 15 business days after being processed

​Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from us with your tracking number. You will be able to check the delivery status on your order 24h after receiving the dispatch confirmation from us. You will also be able to track your order under ‘MY ORDERS’ when you log onto your account.


!!!Please keep in mind that due to the current Covid-19 situation  there might be delays with post services and shipping carriers around the world!!!

Aidarov Studio believes in your taste, so we are open to assist in returning the garment if you are unsure of your purchase or have a size problem. Note the following conditions when requesting a replacement or rendering of a proxy:

- After receiving the items, you can notify us with your wish to return/exchange and send the items back no later than 10 working days after receiving them.

- You cannot return clothes that have been worn or washed. Only items in their original condition can be returned.

- Upon receiving the returned items, we will try to process all refunds as fast as we can, but please allow up to 14 working days. All refunds are initiated by us but processed through PayPal to the account or debit/credit card you’ve used originally to make the payment. The full amount you paid for your order will be refunded except for the delivery costs, which are responsibility of the client, unless special circumstances occur.

- Until the items reach us we are not accountable for them. We cannot refund items that have been lost or have arrived damaged. For this reason, the item you want to return should be send back to us carefully packaged and with a service that provides insurance. Delivery costs for returns and exchanges are a responsibility of the buyer and they can arrange their own way of international shipping that supports a tracking method. The client is responsible for the returned package until it reaches our office safely.
